This legal notice regulates the permitted use of the website https://www.soctic.com according to the following:

2. Intellectual property and content liability.

1. The intellectual property rights of this website (https://www.soctic.com) —its source code, design, photographs, texts, navigation and header structures, databases and other elements within it— are owned by the Service Provider, who owns the the exclusive exercise of the rights of exploitation in any form and —especially—, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.
2. The use of the website’s contents is prohibited without the express authorization of its owners, specifically the texts, design, works, trademarks, logos, source code and any other element subject to protection. Any unauthorized use will be duly prosecuted by the legitimate owners. Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the website are protected by law.
3. As established in Article 17 of the LSSICE, the owner of the website is not responsible for the contents of pages reached by clicking on any link.
4. Users may not use, collect, reproduce, distribute, manipulate or make derivative works from the website’s contents without prior approval or authorization from the Service Provider.

Any other use of the website contents (other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph), whether partial or entire, will constitute an infringement of the intellectual and / or industrial property rights of the Company or their owner, irrespective of the process employed. Thus, the Service Provider will be able to exercise all judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights.

Through the web, the user may access information that might be protected by industrial, intellectual or other property rights. Consequently, the Service Provider will not be responsible, in no case and under no circumstances, for the infractions the user may commit in relation to these rights.

3. Terms of Use

With regards to the website, the user can view, print and partially download the website’s content, only if the following situations coincide:

– It is compatible with the purpose of the website.

– It is done with the exclusive aim of obtaining information for personal and private use. The use for commercial purposes is therefore expressly prohibited.

– No graphic, icon or image available on the web may be used, copied or distributed separately from the text or other images accompanying it.

The user agrees to use the website, its contents and services in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, good practices and public order. The user agrees not to use the website, nor its contents or services, for illicit purposes or effects or in a way that contradicts this legal policy. The user also agrees not to use this website in a way that is harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that it may damage, disable, make inaccessible or deteriorate the website, its content or its services in any other way, or prevent normal use of it by other users.

Moreover, the user expressly agrees not to destroy, alter, disable or damage the data, programs or electronic documents found on the Web in any way. 

All in accordance with what is indicated in point 2.4 above.

4. Modifications to the Website and Terms of Use

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify and update the information contained in the website, as well as its setup, presentation and access conditions. Additionally, the Service Provider reserves the right to update this Legal Notice without prior notice to users, provided regulations or current events allow it.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions while accessing the website or its content, nor that the information is up to date. However, the Service Provider will undertake all the actions at their disposal to solve any error, disconnection or lack of update that may occur on the Web. 

Both the Web access and the non-consensual use of the information contained in it is the sole responsibility of the person who performs it. Thus, the Service Provider is not responsible for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from said access or use by third parties.

The Service Provider is not responsible for security errors or damages that may occur as a result of:

– The presence of a virus on the user’s computer used for accessing the website’s services and contents. 

– Browser malfunctioning.

– Use of out-of-date versions of the browser.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the contents that may alter the user’s computer system (hardware and software), documents or files.

6. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction.

This Legal Notice is subject to what is established by the Spanish Law. For any conflict arising from its interpretation, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain), provided that this is not contrary to what is stated by article 29 of the LSSI.
